Young specialists of Transneft-Baltika LLC took part in the team-building business game “VINK”. The guys from Yaroslavl, Leningrad, Novgorod RNU, as well as the Ust-Luga oil depot and the management apparatus were divided into 6 teams - “oil and gas complexes”, which competed with each other in the raw materials market. For a successful game and understanding of strategies for the competent development of companies in the market, a lecture was held on financial literacy and the basics of economics.
