The game solves several problems at once: it forms managing competence, gives vision of oil business as a whole, teaches students to think consistently, work as a team, work out optimal managing decisions under stress, develops consistent perception of oil business.

We want to thank you and all facilitators for holding this VINK business simulation, one of the most interesting, dynamic and creative games used in the process of education the staff. The game teaches to make managing decisions, develop various models and strategies, interact on markets. The game helps develop systems thinking, builds team spirit. Also we want to mention, that the game helps to unites working collectives of different corporate enterprises, helps communication, sharing experience with colleagues and understanding that we are one team with common goals and tasks. More than 70 third year specialists of Rosneft subsidiary companies participated in VINK sumulation. Everyone had to show their strong point. The reward was getting into corporate candidates pool.
